Registration at the Field   

  • A registration tent will be set up at the launch site on both Saturday and Sunday. 

  • The tent will be manned during these times: Saturday 8:00am until 6:00pm  & Sunday 8:00am until 4:00pm  

  • The tent will serve as a general information booth and sell any paraphernalia associated with the event.

  • The tent will also serve as a central check in site for flyers seeking to certify High Power (NAR or TRA).

Cash and checks: These are the only acceptable forms of payment in the field. Make checks payable to: Music City Missile Club

Credit Cards at the launch site: We do not have the ability to take credit card payments in the field. Such capability if developed, will be announced on this website (a surcharge may apply).

Please be warned that there is no Wi-Fi on the field and mobile network reception can be inconsistent. You must provide proof of payment before your registration will be considered complete.
